Dott & Crossitt are leaders in conveyancing and property law. Q Agency was approached to provide Dott & Crossitt with a franchise ready rebrand and digital presence to prepare them for expansion across Australia.
Dott & Crossitt approached Q Agency with the brief to modernise their brand and make it universally appealing to franchisees and clients alike. We created a franchisee pack that included print collateral, branding guides and signage guides to support franchisees in implementing the brand at scale. The agency also developed a new website to direct traffic to franchisees, as well as integrating a bespoke Monday.com system for lead generation and management.
To provide a more streamlined process for Dot & Crossitt's clients, Q Agency developed an online portal that integrated with Dott and Crossitt's internal systems for customers to log into, view their current transactions and complete any task that are required of them. This created a seamless process for customers while easing the workload off Dott and Crossitt which allowed them to focus more on improving and refining their service.
