Q Agency provided an end-to-end solution for The Flower Shop; Penrith’s first-ever hidden bar experience. We designed and developed the website and have implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, resulting in a hugely successful launch and have sustained high customer traffic.

Q Agency has provided a complete solution for Penrith’s first-ever hidden bar experience, The Flower Shop.

We began by designing and developing a website for the bar, which showcased its unique brand identity and provided customers with an easy way to make reservations. We also implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that included social media advertising and email marketing. By coordinating this strategy with other sharply targeted marketing strategies we were able to generate hype and awareness while still being true to the 'secret' nature of the bar.

On the ground, we handled the setup and implementation their POS system. While working closely with bar and kitchen staff, we were able to deliver a system that accommodated to the style of service that The Flower Shop offered its customers.
