Is AllNow included when we work with Q Agency?
Yes. Every client account reports in AllNow, configured to the channels we run for you. There is no separate licence for the reporting.
Can we buy AllNow without Q running our marketing?
AllNow is a Q Agency company and is available as a standalone platform for businesses outside the agency. Details are at allnow.com.au. On this site we describe how it works for Q clients.
Where does the revenue number come from?
From your CRM or store (HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify and others), not from the ad platform’s own conversion claims. Sessions and leads are kept separate from revenue so nothing is inflated.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads your live data: a morning briefing of what moved, anomaly alerts when a campaign goes off track, and opportunities such as rising keywords. Agents can carry out routine tasks, but only after you approve each one, and every action is logged and reversible for 7 days.
Which tools does it connect to?
AllNow has 10 live connectors across finance (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), marketing (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, Klaviyo) and operations. Web-based tools without an API can be connected through secure browser agents.
Can we still get a PDF report?
Yes, one click, branded, for board or stakeholder meetings. The dashboard is live, so the PDF is a snapshot rather than the only record.
Who sees our data?
Your team and your Q account team. Everything in and out passes through one security layer, AllGuard. Access is per user and logged.
Do you build custom reports or integrations?
Yes. Sector packs and custom connections are configured per workspace, and the same team builds custom software when a business needs something the platform does not do.
