Can you take over a WordPress site someone else built?
Yes, it is one of the most common ways clients arrive. We audit, document and patch first, then become the team responsible, usually within 2 weeks.
Why is our WordPress site slow?
Almost always theme weight, plugin count and hosting, in that order. Most sites we inherit halve their load time in the first month by cutting all 3.
How many plugins should a site have?
As few as each job demands, typically 10 to 15 on our builds. Every plugin is a speed cost, a security surface and an update risk, so each one has to justify itself.
Should we stay on WordPress or move?
Stay if your team runs it well or your site is content-heavy; move if nobody owns the site and the plugin treadmill is the problem itself. The consultation gives you the honest call, and we build the alternatives too.
