How to read your results
Start with the 3 numbers that matter most.
CPA against max CPA
Your cost to acquire a customer against the most you can afford to pay. If CPA is above max CPA, spend is not the problem. Conversion rate or close rate is.
Lifetime ROAS, not day 1
Judging ads on the first sale alone undervalues every campaign that brings in repeat customers. Lifetime ROAS shows what the customer is actually worth against what you paid for them.
Cost per held call
For service businesses, this is the number to watch. A 70% show rate and a 20% close rate mean you need roughly 7 booked calls per sale. Fix the show rate first; it is the cheapest lever.
Faqs

Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask on the call.
What does the marketing ROI calculator show?
What your ad spend, conversion rates and customer value add up to. Drag the sliders to your numbers and every result updates as you go, so you can see what a better close rate, a lower CPC or a bigger budget would be worth.
Does it work for ecommerce as well as service businesses?
Yes. Choose lead generation or ecommerce as the business type, paid or organic traffic, and whether you send traffic to a landing page, a sales funnel or your website.
What is max CPA?
The most you are willing to pay to acquire a customer. For healthy unit economics it should be 30 to 33% of lifetime value or less. If your CPA is above max CPA, spend is not the problem: conversion rate or close rate is.
Why look at lifetime ROAS rather than the first sale?
Judging ads on the first sale alone undervalues every campaign that brings in repeat customers. Lifetime ROAS shows what a customer is actually worth against what you paid for them.
What is cost per held call?
For service businesses it is the number to watch. A 70% show rate and a 20% close rate mean you need roughly 7 booked calls per sale, so fix the show rate first; it is the cheapest lever.
